Antwan Baskin

About Me

Antwan Baskin, a senior at Alton High School, is an active and dedicated student. He is currently involved in several extracurricular activities, including Upward Bound, Pathways to 100 Black Men and Women, Red Bird Nest, and Interact Club. Notably, Antwan has demonstrated leadership skills as the founding president of Pathways for two consecutive years.

 
Antwan has entrepreneurial aspirations. He has successfully managed his own business, Everyday Lawncare, for the past two years. He takes pride in hiring his friends part-time, Antwan is also an reader, particularly enjoying books related to business ownership and financial literacy. 
 
Regarding his post-highschool plans, Antwan aims to attend a Historically Black College or University (HBCU) with a reputable entrepreneurship program. He is excited about the opportunity to further develop his business and entrepreneurial skills.
 
Antwan values his participation in the Riverbend CEO program, as it provides him with a unique and valuable entrepreneurial experience. Through this program, he has the privilege of networking with numerous community business owners, gaining insights and perspectives that contribute to his personal and professional growth.
